Our Staff

We are fortunate at Elemore Hall to have a very strong, skilled and committed staff team. There is very little staff turnover in any part of the school, this stability allows us to provide a more consistent and settled environment that pupils and parents appreciate.

The different staff teams work well together to ensure that the school works effectively and that all areas are well supported. Irrespective of job title staff support pupils and each other. Staff work very hard to make Elemore Hall a vibrant, fun and interesting place to be.

The school has a Core Senior Leadership Team (CLT) consisting of the Headteacher, Deputy Heads, Head of Support Services and Assistant Heads, and an extended Senior Leadership Team (SLT) consisting of the above plus the joint Heads of Care, Casework Managers and other staff with school wide leadership and/or management responsibility.

Most members of staff have some leadership responsibility – this may be for a curriculum subject, a specific activity or a school wide initiative – many of these responsibilities can be seen by looking at our list of our current staff and their responsibilities view the PDF below:

Vacancies

Although we have a low turnover of staff, we do occasionally have vacancies. Whenever there is a vacancy it will be advertised on this website (as well as other places). Prospective candidates are always encouraged to visit the school.
